Production & Shipping - ART PRINTS

All products are printed on demand and fulfilled by our production partner:

Production time typically takes 2–7 business days
Shipping times vary depending on destination and shipping method selected at checkout
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed

Once an order has entered production, it cannot be modified or canceled.

Original Artwork (Paintings)

All original paintings and one-of-a-kind artworks are considered final sale. Due to the unique nature of original artworks, returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted once a purchase has been completed. When a collector purchases an original artwork, they are buying the physical piece, not the copyright. The artist retains the copyright unless otherwise agreed, which means they can continue to produce and sell fine art prints of the original painting.

We encourage customers to review all images, descriptions, dimensions, and details carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions about an original artwork, please contact us prior to placing your order, and we will be happy to provide additional information.

In the unlikely event that an original artwork arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 1 hour of delivery with photographs of the damage so that we can assist you appropriately.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 1 hour of delivery at thatianarcanjo@gmail.com, including:

Your order number
Clear photos of the issue

If the issue is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 15 minutes of purchase, provided production has not yet started. Once an item is in production, cancellations are no longer possible.

Products purchased from this website are for personal use only and may not be resold, redistributed, or reproduced.
